The membership offers 25 years of premium holiday access. Package prices are quoted for the full 25-year term.
What does a membership holiday include?
The membership proposition includes 6 nights / 7 days holidays at 500+ destinations worldwide, along with travel assistance, concierge support and member privileges. Your membership team will explain how holidays are planned under your plan terms.
What is the difference between T1 and T2?
T1 is a Standard Room, equivalent to 1 room, for 2 adults and 2 kids below 6 years. T2 is a Suite Room — significantly larger, equivalent to 2 rooms — for 4 adults and 2 kids below 6 years.
What is the Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC)?
AMC is applied according to the room/apartment category selected with the membership: ₹12,000 per year for T1 and ₹18,000 per year for T2.
How do the seasonal plans work?
Each plan sets when you can holiday — from times when resorts are not packed (Off Season) through to any time of the year including special days (High Peak Season). Season access remains subject to booking availability and membership terms.
How do I make a payment?
Payments must be made only through approved channels communicated by The Machaan. Once your plan is confirmed, our team shares the payment details for membership and AMC directly with you.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Yes. Send a written cancellation request quoting your membership reference. Any refund follows the cancellation schedule in your Membership Agreement (shared before you pay) and is made to your original payment method — approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days.
